Travel Information

Boston is a well-connected city on the East Coast of the United States.  It is accessible by planes, trains, and automobiles alike.

ARRIVING BY PLANE

Boston Logan International (BOS) Airport is the closet and most convenient option for arriving attendees.  To get from the airport to the congress venue and hotels, there are multiple cost-effective options:

  • Public Transit (Cost approximately $3 one-way). Runs from about 5:30am–12:30am (05:15–00:30). From the lower level of all terminals, blue-and-white Massport shuttle busses run approximately every 5 minutes, which will take you to Airport Station on the MBTA Blue line. From there, you can purchase tickets for the Metro Boston public transit system (see our Public Transit page). Take the Blue line to Government Center station, where you can transfer to the “B” Train on the Green line. Take the Green line to Boston Univ. Central Station to reach the congress venue.
  • Uber or Lyft (Cost approximately $9–25 one-way).
  • Taxi (Cost $39) Logan Taxi Cab Service. Taxis are available at each terminal on Arrivals Level (curbside).
  • The Boston Logan Airport website also offers additional information on getting to and from the airport.

BY TRAIN OR BUS

Boston is well-connected to other major East Coast cities along the Amtrak line.  You can check train schedules for Back Bay, as well as Boston South Station and North Station on Amtrak's website. A number of bus services also operate out of South Station.

From Back Bay, you can reach the congress venue using the MBTA.

Uber and Lyft are also easy options for getting to the venue.

BY CAR
